Nature Birthday Parties
Gather under the trees for a memorable nature party that your little one and all their friends will love! Each party includes facilitator led activities as well as ample time to play and celebrate.
All Birthday Packages Include
- Two hour party time (plus 30 mins for set up if needed)
- Up to 15 children (each additional is $10 with a max of 20)
- Themed facilitator led circle, nature walk activity, nature craft, and story time
- Unstructured play time in our nature playscape or forest play area
- Child size picnic tables (up to 5) with gingham red and white plastic tablecloths or you can bring your own
- Use of the covered gazebo and two larger sized picnic tables
- Access to explore the gardens, small farm animals, and nature trails
- Little Garden School handles the clean up!
- Special gift for the birthday child
Information
Pricing: $185 for up to 15 children including birthday child, $10 each additional with a max of 20
Suggested Ages: 2-7 years old (see FAQ below)
Time Slots: Saturday's 10-12 or 1:30-3:30, see booking form above for available dates
Booking: Must book at least two weeks in advance. Payment is due at time of booking.
Cancellation: If you must cancel, please do so at least two weeks in advance for a full refund. If it is less that two weeks out from your party, a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund. (See weather policy in FAQ below)
Requests: Any requests outside of our birthday party package offering may incur additional fees

The suggested birthday child age is 2-7
Ages of children included in the total is 18 months to 10 years, including siblings. Babies and older children are free to come play but there will not be supplies available for them unless you note you would like them included.
Want a nature party for an older child? We're happy to chat about what this could look like.
No limit on adults in attendance but please note parking is limited to a max of 30 cars. Parents should stay to help support their child(ren). This is not a drop-off program.
Our three main themes are:
- Enchanted Forest: Imagine a dreamy woodland birthday party fit for a fairy! This party is all about fairies and gnomes. We will go on a fairy scavenger hunt, craft a magical fairy craft, and make fairy soup in the sensory bin.
- Woodland Explorers (suggested for ages 5+): Calling all explorers! This party is all about the woods. We will go on a scavenger hunt on the trail, make a woodsy nature craft, and discover forest creatures in a small world sensory bin.
- Bugs in the Mud : Does your little one love to play in the dirt and find bugs?! This party is all about bugs and mud. We will go on a bug scavenger hunt, craft nature bugs, and discover bug habitats in our sensory bin.

Unless requested differently, our suggested party flow is:
- Arrival, waivers signed
- Circle time for songs and movement
- Themed nature walk scavenger hunt
- Free play (craft available at picnic tables)
- Celebration time (birthday cake, presents, etc.)
- Story and goodbye circle
You are welcome to bring your own food, treats, and drinks (no alcohol). Don't forget to bring cups, cutlery, and plates!
Don't want to do food and drink? Another idea is to ask your guests to bring along a snack and water in the invite, just like one of our classes. Then you could provide a special birthday treat!
We provide plastic tablecloths (red and white checkered), all other party decorations are up to you. Set up and removal of party decorations is your responsibility.
No non-biodegradable confetti, glitter, or any party decoration that cannot easily be cleaned up or could be harmful to our natural environment and animal friends. Balloons are okay as long as they are disposed of properly.

Birthday parties are a go rain or shine! If the weather is extra rainy moving the party to under our large covered space is an option. If it is extra cold, we're happy to offer a campfire included. In the case of severe weather that would make a party unsafe, we will do our best to reschedule the party for a time that works for you.
- All participants must stay on our property which is clearly marked with pink flags
- All participants must have a waiver signed by their legal parents/guardian at the time of the party (a copy will be emailed to you or copies will be available at the time of the party)
- All participants (parents and children) must be respectful of our party facilitators, property, play materials, and any posted signage
- The climbing wall and studio/porch area are off limits
- We have one composting toilet and outdoor hand-washing station available for all participants
- All safety rules shared at the time of the party must be followed
We are located on a private property about 12 mins outside of Leitchfield, KY. The property is 8-acres and is mostly wooded. A nature playscape with sandbox, slide, and mud kitchen sits under the trees. Nature trails and seasonal streams fill the woods with a little play area near one of the streams. We have gardens and
